About the role

  • - Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, analyze discovery issues, and prepare reports for clients.
  • - Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements.
  • - Assist with trial preparation and attend trial.
  • - Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • - Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients.
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • - Previous experience in Insurance Defense litigation.
  • - Personal injury and bodily injury claims experience is required.
  • - Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
  • - Stellar academic credentials.
