About the role
- Own and manage all social media channels including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Plan and produce high quality content across formats including short form video visuals and copy.
- Build and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with external creators including photographers, videographers and UGC creators to ensure steady content production.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships from outreach to execution.
- Develop relationships with online media blogs and platforms to increase brand visibility.
- Continuously refine social media strategy based on performance insights and platform trends.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends and translate insights into actionable content ideas.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement reach and conversions .
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in social media or digital marketing ideally within e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the German market consumer behavior and digital trends.
- Solid experience with content creation and social media management.
- Good English communication skills both written and spoken.
- German language is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong attention to detail and a good sense of branding and content quality.
