About the role
- Collaborate with department leaders to align people strategies with business goals, providing insight and guidance on organizational matters.
- Lead and evolve performance management processes, ensuring a culture of continuous feedback, growth, and accountability.
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations, ensuring fairness, compliance, and constructive resolution of workplace matters.
- Promote engagement and well-being by partnering on initiatives that strengthen KTO’s collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Coach and empower managers to build strong, motivated, and resilient teams that deliver sustainable results.
- Support change management, team structure optimization, and capability building to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Ensure excellence and consistency in HR operations and compliance with Brazilian labor laws.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, and People Operations to deliver unified and strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or equivalent senior HR role.
- Deep understanding of Brazilian labor law and HR operational practices.
- Proven experience driving performance, engagement, and cultural initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese; English proficiency required for day-to-day communication.
- Experience in digital, tech, or iGaming environments is a plus.
