About the role

  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining relationships with VIP clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • VIP Campaigns and Promotions: Support the VIP team in executing personalized promotions and campaigns targeted at high-value customers. Ensure all communications are delivered on time and aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in tracking and reporting VIP activity, providing insights into customer behavior and campaign performance. Help identify opportunities to improve VIP engagement and retention.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support to ensure VIP customers receive consistent, high-quality service across all touchpoints.
  • Account Management: Assist in identifying VIPs, monitor their activity, and ensure proactive engagement to understand their needs and deliver the appropriate level of service.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate VIP events, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. This includes managing invitations, logistics, and follow-up communications.
  • Customer Insights: Collect feedback from VIP customers and provide recommendations to improve the overall VIP program and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in customer relationship management, marketing, or hospitality, preferably in roles involving direct interaction with customers or VIP services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a proactive approach to anticipating VIP customers' needs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis is a plus.
  • Intermediate English is sufficient for day-to-day interactions; any additional languages are a plus.
  • Interest in iGaming or the entertainment industry is desirable, as is a desire to grow within VIP management.
