About the role

  • Support the Program Management and Data Analysis (PMDA) Support Services for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to improve CBP’s investigative and security program operations
  • Analyze program data and operational workflows
  • Develop performance metrics and reporting tools
  • Identify areas for process improvement
  • Support surge and workload fluctuation strategies

Requirements

  • Must have Top Secret Clearance or SCI Eligibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 8 years of specialized experience; or 10 years of general experience
  • Experience in management consulting or federal analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • DHS or law enforcement agency experience preferred
