About the role

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on people strategies, policies, and processes.
  • Support managers on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational changes.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and drive strategic talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on recruitment, learning, compensation, and other HR programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance.

Requirements

  • Several years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, ideally in a fast-growing or technology-focused organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Experience supporting managers and teams across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and enabling team performance.
