About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on proper equipment use.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- High flexibility and ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including occasional international travel.
