Procurement

• Responsible for the timely flow of 3rd party fabricated equipment and contract site activities
• Issue purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments like project management and procurement
• Monitor and resolve delivery delays
• Communicate progress and potential issues to management
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with the required quality standards
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Manage RFP process including bid package
• Manage bid evaluation process &ndash; includes bid benchmarking so all scope is understood/accounted for
• Provide regular reports on schedule status, material changes, and potential delays
• Perform other duties as assigned.
