About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing the quality, execution, and continuous improvement of service overhaul products
- Ensuring adherence to standards and enhancing customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration
- Inspecting work at customer sites and providing actionable feedback
- Developing, tracking and maintaining quality KPIs
- Overseeing the execution of service department overhauls
- Monitoring workflow efficiency and recommending process improvements
- Managing departmental resources and toolboxes
- Mentoring technicians and site leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4 years of experience working on Krones equipment
- At least 2 years of experience performing overhauls on Krones equipment at customer sites
- Demonstrated leadership experience with progressive responsibility
