About the role
- serve as the subject matter expert for the validation of aseptic blowmolding and filling technology
- develop validation protocols in accordance with local and federal (FDA) food safety laws
- support project execution with audits and collaboration to ensure equipment readiness for the validation stage
- ensure proper interface between the company, subsidiaries, customers and third-party process authorities
- execute validation of aseptic blowmolding and filling at customer sites
- train validation engineers
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with validation for process aseptic or filling machines
- 5 years of experience in microbiology laboratory, aseptic operations and validation of process filling machines
- 5 years of experience in Beverage aseptic operations
- 5 years of experience with microbiological quality controls
- 5 years of experience collecting microbiological samples, processing and evaluation
- 5 years of experience with commissioning and validation of process filling machines
- 5 years of experience with filling process, fault analysis, data evaluation (LDS), rectification and reporting
- Open to 100% Travel, domestic and international
