About the role

  • Conceptualization and production of moving-image assets — from story/storyboard to the final edit — for social media, web, presentations, and trade-show screens
  • Executing video shoots including camera operation (on-location), basic lighting and sound, composition, and media management, independently or in collaboration with external videographers
  • Post-production focusing on editing, compositing, color/look development, sound design/audio mixing, subtitle creation, and platform-specific export setups
  • Development of motion-design elements (2D & 3D) such as high-quality motion sequences, micro-animations, camera moves, UI/callout animations, and, where applicable, templates for recurring formats
  • Planning, briefing, and quality assurance of CGI and photorealistic renderings/animations (internal/external), including lighting, shading, and material reviews
  • Creating technical functional animations to clearly visualize machine processes (e.g., exploded views, layering, sectional representations, process-sequence animations)

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in media design, motion design, film/video, animation, communication design, or a comparable qualification
  • Compelling portfolio with a focus on video and motion design, ideally supplemented by 3D/CGI projects
  • Proficiency with common tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other relevant editing and motion toolchains
  • Basic understanding of 3D/rendering/animation (pipelines, data formats, render logic, and quality criteria for photorealistic visuals)
  • High quality standards, precise file organization, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the ability to process feedback in a structured and iterative way
  • Clear communication skills and a self-directed, structured, yet team-oriented working style
