About the role

  • As a Vice President in the Valuations team, you will lead the delivery of high-quality valuation services to a diverse range of clients.
  • Lead and manage valuation engagements across independent expert’s reports and portfolio valuations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, recognising that your commitment to excellence will strengthen client relationships.
  • Drive business development initiatives, growing your network and expanding Kroll’s client base.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver cross-border services and share knowledge.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, or a relevant field. Ideally also holds postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or is a CFA/CA/CPA.
  • At least 4 years of financial advisory experience, with the majority in valuations or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading engagements.
  • Strong practical experience and technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial accounting and financial modelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Australian market experience.
