About the role
- Manage data and tasks related to monthly vendor Delivery & Obligations reporting
- Gather, review, and prepare data for reviews and compliance checks
- Audit vendor-provided source data for accuracy
- Package approved data for review by business and finance teams
- Track info submissions, reviews, and resolutions
- Maintain a formal library of historical data and info and ensure information governance
- Adhere to schedules, processes, guidelines, and tool requirements
- Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and guidelines
Requirements
- 4+ years in contract D&O management in professional services environments
- Data analytics, audit, compliance, review, and reporting team member experience
- Strong Excel expertise: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MATCH, Macros/VBA
- Nice to have: Dynamic Dashboards, SQL knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, finance, accounting, or related)
