About the role
- Own executive cadence: structure and facilitate planning, review, and management meetings
- Manage KPI reviews and goal tracking to ensure alignment with company strategy
- Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional projects
- Support early‑stage operational steps for new funders
- Serve as an interface for the CEO on critical functions
- Establish and refine internal decision‑making processes and frameworks
- Evaluate tools and workflows to enable scalable and transparent operations
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience (5+ years)
- Experience in roles such as (Senior) Project Manager, Staff Manager, Chief of Staff, Operations Manager in backgrounds like management consulting, operations, real estate, architecture, or program management
- Proven experience managing complex projects with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Strong ability to structure and prioritize complex issues and prepare them for decision‑making
- Hands‑on mentality: initiative and follow‑through from initial draft to implementation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
