About the role
- Chat counseling for children and adolescents at krisenchat
- Handling acute, prioritized chats, mainly in the evenings and at night
- Supporting interns and volunteer counselors
- Participation in intervision sessions, supervision, and workshops
- Training for on-call duty and taking emergency shifts
Requirements
- State-recognized social worker or completed Master’s degree in Psychology
- Initial experience in counseling children and adolescents, ideally via chat formats
- Solid knowledge of psychological disorders and symptoms
- Knowledge/previous experience with suicidality, child welfare concerns (child protection), and sexualized/sexual violence
- Familiarity with the healthcare and youth welfare system landscape (ideal)
- Enjoyment of remote work
- Linguistic sensitivity and an understanding of the needs of the target group
- Reliability and strong team skills
