You coordinate multiple funded projects, keeping project goals and budgets in view and ensuring schedules are met.
You oversee funded projects across the entire project lifecycle (including funding disbursements, financial controlling, and reporting).
You act as the interface between internal teams and external funding partners, facilitate coordination, clarify requirements, and ensure transparency on project progress.
You support the development and drafting of project proposals and grant applications for public and private funders (ministries, foundations, NGOs, etc.).
You actively contribute to the further development of our project and funding management, optimize processes, and help establish additional standards that promote transparency and efficiency both internally and externally.
Requirements
You hold a relevant degree and/or have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, funding/grant management, or comparable roles.
You are comfortable working with complex project structures, are organized, can confidently prioritize, and can manage multiple projects in parallel.
You are familiar with the German and international funding landscape and have solid knowledge of procurement and grant/subsidy law.
You have experience in the NGO, foundation, or non-profit sector and understand the requirements of impact-oriented project management.
You communicate clearly, reliably, and empathetically—both internally and externally.
You enjoy writing reports and applications, and you bring analytical thinking and a sense for storytelling.
You like working in a modern, digital environment and are interested in mental health and innovative (including AI-supported) approaches.
You speak German at C2 level and English at least at B2 level.
