About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide our customers confidently through the diverse world of cruising and its almost limitless possibilities.
Provide expert advice on cruise lines, their products and available add-on services.
Advise and support prospects and customers regarding cruises.
Create tailored travel offers and packages.
Book and manage cruises and related travel services.
Maintain customer relationships and build a base of repeat clients.
Collaborate with cruise lines and other tourism partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have experience as a travel agent / tourism clerk (m/f/d) in a travel agency or tour operator, or equivalent professional experience (e.g., travel consultant, customer service, onboard ship roles, etc.).
You excel in telephone and email advising, always striking the right tone with confidence.
You maintain clarity and a calm head even when things get hectic.
You embrace teamwork and prioritize customer service and quality.
Conducting customer conversations in English is not a problem for you.
Prior knowledge of cruise lines and ships is desirable.
