About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide our customers confidently through the diverse world of cruising and its almost limitless possibilities.
  • Provide expert advice on cruise lines, their products and available add-on services.
  • Advise and support prospects and customers regarding cruises.
  • Create tailored travel offers and packages.
  • Book and manage cruises and related travel services.
  • Maintain customer relationships and build a base of repeat clients.
  • Collaborate with cruise lines and other tourism partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have experience as a travel agent / tourism clerk (m/f/d) in a travel agency or tour operator, or equivalent professional experience (e.g., travel consultant, customer service, onboard ship roles, etc.).
  • You excel in telephone and email advising, always striking the right tone with confidence.
  • You maintain clarity and a calm head even when things get hectic.
  • You embrace teamwork and prioritize customer service and quality.
  • Conducting customer conversations in English is not a problem for you.
  • Prior knowledge of cruise lines and ships is desirable.
