About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Close coordination with the CCO and the marketing team to implement our commercial strategy(ies)
  • Identification of competitive advantages to optimize our margins, capacity utilization and marketing concepts
  • Monitoring and analysis of our performance KPIs, including deriving recommendations for action
  • Implementation of various carrier measures depending on the target group
  • Coordination with our carrier and key account partners regarding terms and rates
  • Monitoring market, competitor and demand developments to identify our growth and profit potential
  • Development and implementation of trade marketing and campaign strategies
  • Maintenance of our strategic partnerships and active networking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business administration, marketing & sales, tourism management or a comparable field
  • (Initial) relevant professional experience in marketing, commercial, sales, revenue management or business development
  • Routine use of MS Office
  • Experience with analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker)
  • Confident communication in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Ideally experience with CRM or revenue management systems or experience in the cruise industry is an advantage
  • Numerical affinity and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
  • Natural communication and presentation strength
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for business trips and events
