About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Close coordination with the CCO and the marketing team to implement our commercial strategy/strategies
- Identify competitive advantages to optimize our margins, capacity utilization and monetization concepts
- Monitor and analyze our performance KPIs, including deriving actionable recommendations
- Implement various shipping line measures based on target groups
- Coordinate with our shipping line and key account partners regarding terms and rates
- Monitor market, competitor and demand developments
- Develop and implement trade marketing and campaign strategies
- Maintain our strategic partnerships and actively network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in business administration, marketing & sales, tourism management or a comparable field
- (Initial) relevant professional experience in marketing, commercial, sales, revenue management or business development
- Confident user of MS Office
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker)
- Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Ideally experience with CRM or revenue management systems or in the cruise industry
- Numeracy and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for business trips and events
