About the role
- Planning and implementing multi-stage, automated email campaigns across the customer journey
- Creating and designing newsletters, including smart image editing
- Segmenting and personalizing customer communications
- Developing and executing A/B tests to optimize key KPIs
- Analyzing conversion, reactivation and retention rates
- Analyzing all customer touch points (CTPs) across the customer lifecycle
- Conceptual redesign of the customer club / customer login
- Ownership of the preference center as well as opt-in and opt-out processes
- Driving and defining requirements for the further development of the CRM infrastructure and the use of complementary communication tools such as chat and WhatsApp
Requirements
- Solid knowledge in CRM, email marketing, e‑commerce and/or campaign management
- Experience designing and implementing target-group-specific campaigns
- Strong understanding of CRM automation and KPI-driven performance analysis
- Strong language skills in German and English
- Confident handling of complex customer data and segmentation models
- Experienced in using tracking/analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex relationships
- Empathetic observation of customers and a good sense for customer needs
- Enthusiasm for the world of tourism and cruises
