About the role

  • Support the company in financial management
  • Optimize internal reporting
  • Digitize and increase the efficiency of processes
  • Operational implementation of controlling processes
  • Prepare (short-term) analyses of company KPIs and cost structures
  • Analyze variances and derive recommended actions
  • Create and further develop internal reporting
  • Work closely with the Head of Finance / Accounting / Group Controlling (UK)

Requirements

  • Degree in Controlling/Finance or a comparable qualification with relevant further training (e.g., certified accounting technician / certified balance sheet accountant or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling (ideally including consolidation of financial statements)
  • Confident handling of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ideally experience with DATEV or equivalent accounting software
  • Native German speaker and strong in English (written and verbal)
  • Structured way of working and clear prioritization
  • High affinity for IT systems and digital tools
  • Team player, reliable and flexible
