About the role
- Advise and assist prospective customers and clients on cruise vacations
- Create individualized travel offers and packages
- Book and manage cruises and related travel services
- Maintain customer relationships and develop a base of repeat customers
- Collaborate with cruise lines and other tourism partners
Requirements
- Experience as a Tourism Management Assistant (m/f/d) in a travel agency or with a tour operator, or comparable professional experience (e.g., travel consultant, customer service, work on board a ship, hotel clerk, etc.)
- Confident telephone and email advisory skills
- Occasional customer conversations in English
- Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable
