About the role

  • Advise and assist prospective customers and clients on cruise vacations
  • Create individualized travel offers and packages
  • Book and manage cruises and related travel services
  • Maintain customer relationships and develop a base of repeat customers
  • Collaborate with cruise lines and other tourism partners

Requirements

  • Experience as a Tourism Management Assistant (m/f/d) in a travel agency or with a tour operator, or comparable professional experience (e.g., travel consultant, customer service, work on board a ship, hotel clerk, etc.)
  • Confident telephone and email advisory skills
  • Occasional customer conversations in English
  • Prior knowledge of cruise lines and cruise ships is desirable
