About the role
- Guide our customers confidently through the colorful world of cruising and its almost endless possibilities.
- Advise and support prospective customers and existing clients on cruise vacations.
- Prepare individual travel offers and package deals.
- Book and manage cruises as well as associated travel services.
- Maintain customer relationships and build a base of regular clients.
- Collaborate with cruise lines and other tourism partners.
Requirements
- Like us, you are passionate about the world of tourism and cruises.
- Experience as a Tourism Sales Clerk / Tourism Management Assistant (m/f/d) in a travel agency or tour operator, or comparable professional experience (e.g., travel consultant, customer service, onboard ship positions, hotel clerk, etc.).
- You are confident in phone and email advisory services and always find the right tone.
- You keep an overview and a cool head even when things get busy.
- You embrace teamwork and always prioritize customer service and quality.
- Occasional customer conversations in English are no problem for you.
- Prior knowledge of cruise lines and ships is desirable.
