About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery process of the digital lending product, from conceptualization to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, technology, legal, and marketing
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of the digital lending product's infrastructure
  • Work closely with technology teams to identify and address infrastructure-related challenges
  • Develop and execute strategies to obtain regulatory approvals and compliance certifications
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and compliance teams
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor performance
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Lead the continuous development and enhancement of the digital lending product
  • Collaborate with product development teams to prioritize feature enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in business development, product management, or related roles
  • Deep understanding of digital lending technologies, processes, and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations relevant to digital lending products
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
