About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Bridge the gap between freelance interpreters and client interpreting requests
- Manage on-site and online assignments with precision, ensuring seamless scheduling and clear communication
- Actively search for, identify, and contact qualified interpreters
- Build, update, and maintain a centralized talent database
- Conduct initial interviews and verify candidates' credentials
- Negotiate rates and ensure interpreters understand policies and requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for freelance interpreters
- Manage calendar, assign shifts, and ensure coverage of U.S. clients' daily requirements
- Monitor interpreter performance and manage client feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reside in Latin America with a 100% remote-ready setup
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (C1/C2)
- Studies in Interpretation, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field are required
- 1+ year in logistics, recruitment, or project management (Language Services or BPO preferred)
- Proven knowledge of the language industry, specifically in providing or coordinating interpretation services
- Familiarity with U.S. geography and the ability to manage multiple time zones (EST to PST)
- Proficiency in MS Office and management software (CRMs, ATS, or internal databases)
