Requirements

What you’ll need

6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation
Minimum C1 fluency in English, with accepted certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE
Must be able to pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation during the hiring process
Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology
Must currently hold or be willing to obtain HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications
Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email
Internet Connection: A hardwired Ethernet connection directly to your router is mandatory (Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited)
Hardware: A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset
Computer Specs: Minimum of Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM
Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge
