Requirements

What you’ll need

6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation
Minimum C1 fluency in English
Valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE accepted
Interpretation Certification: Must be able to pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation
Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology
Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications
Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check
