About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively source, review, and filter interpreter resumes
Build and categorize talent pools for high-demand languages
Conduct initial pre-filtering of applicants and coordinate interview scheduling
Maintain and organize candidate profiles in JazzHR
Act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries
Manage documentation process for newly onboarded interpreters
Send "Welcome" emails to new interpreters
Compile simple weekly reports on recruitment metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate/Advanced English (B2-C1) and Native Spanish
Entry-level / Junior (0 to 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or a junior HR/recruiting role)
Highly comfortable learning new software
Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office is required
Familiarity with ATS platforms (like JazzHR) or scheduling tools (like Calendly) is a huge plus, but we are happy to train a quick learner
Exceptional organizational and accuracy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
A self-starter attitude
Interest in the translation, localization, and interpreting industry.
