Requirements
What you’ll need- Medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls interpretation skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Remote interpretation experience in both languages is mandatory
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field
- HIPAA compliance
