About the role
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation services over the phone and via video
- Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients
- Ensure effective understanding and care in medical, social services, customer service, and financial settings
Requirements
- Medical, customer service, social services, and financial calls interpretation skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Remote interpretation experience in both languages is mandatory
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Relevant certification in medical interpretation or a related field
- HIPAA compliance
