About the role
- Quickly qualify incoming inbound leads
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses (discovery calls)
- Prepare tailored proposals and provide individualized consultation
- Identify and reach out to potential customers (active sourcing)
- Negotiate contracts and close new customer projects
- Maintain all relevant information in the CRM
- Ensure a smooth handover to project managers
Requirements
- Sales talent with persuasive communication skills

- Structured working style and experience managing an active sales pipeline
- Team player with cooperative communication
- Fluent German (C1) and good English
