About the role
- Utilizes OpenText AppWorks / Content Server Administration and Rhapsody software to develop and design infrastructure and administration solutions in a healthcare environment.
- Assists in planning and executing new implementations or upgrades to improve operational efficiency of FDA systems.
- Explains technical concepts and solutions to information technology personnel, management, and government personnel in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Provides technical expertise in automating, managing, and maintaining business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 3+ years of experience working with PowerShell or equivalent scripting/programming languages
- 5+ years of experience working with OpenText Content Server and AppWorks (OpenText Process Automation)
- Experience in the FDA environment is highly desired
- Experience with AWS GovCloud implementations of OpenText AppWorks, Content Server, and OTDS a plus
