About the role

  • Sales of aftermarket components for twin-screw extruders and extrusion systems
  • Support and development of existing customers in southern Germany
  • Active new customer acquisition and expansion of long-term customer relationships
  • Technical consulting and solution-oriented support for our customers
  • Conducting customer visits (approx. 60% field-based)
  • Preparation and follow-up of quotations through to contract conclusion
  • Market and competitor monitoring
  • Close cooperation with internal sales, engineering and production

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a technician or equivalent technical qualification
  • Sales experience; experience in extrusion / process engineering is an advantage
  • High motivation, initiative and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel within southern Germany
  • Negotiation-level English, fluent in spoken and written
