About the role

  • Support in the design, introduction and implementation of a Legal Compliance Management System (based on ISO 37301)
  • Assist in the preparation and support of the ISO 14001 recertification
  • Document and maintain environmental processes, procedures and legal obligations in Q.wiki
  • Support the rollout of Q.wiki in sales and service branches
  • Assist with the migration of risk tools from Excel to Q.wiki
  • General office and administrative tasks in the area of environmental and quality management

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student, e.g. in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management or a related field
  • Interest in environmental, quality and/or compliance topics
  • Structured, careful and reliable working style
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and a team player
