About the role
- Support the global HR team on core HR topics
- Contribute to the design, planning and implementation of HR projects
- Responsible for maintaining and further developing the company intranet site
- Close collaboration with the Talent, Leadership & Capabilities Development team
Requirements
- Advanced stage of studies in Business Administration, Humanities or a comparable degree program
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Digital affinity and ideally first experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong conceptual thinking with a hands-on mentality and an analytical, structured approach to work
- Very good German (min. C1) and good English skills
- High level of initiative, reliability and interpersonal skills
