About the role

  • You are an essential member of our interdisciplinary OR team and assist with procedures across a variety of specialties.
  • You thoroughly prepare and clean the OR and the required instruments before and after operations — you are reliable and detail-oriented.
  • With empathy and good communication skills, you care for our patients and ensure smooth workflows in the OR.
  • You also pass on your expertise by supervising and mentoring OTA trainees during their training.

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an Operating Room Technician (OTA) or as a registered nurse, ideally with further specialization in surgical/operative care.
  • You are motivated to develop professionally and personally.
  • Professional competence and a confident, personable manner characterize you.
  • You are a true team player and willing to roll up your sleeves.
