Lead data engineering teams to new heights and foster an environment for growth.
Guide engineers in enabling a modern, secure, and scalable data infrastructure.
Cultivate a positive and supportive team culture by establishing healthy rituals.
Coach and mentor team members to support their individual growth and career advancement.
Establish the team as a Center of Excellence by driving best practices and knowledge sharing.
Own the full talent lifecycle, from hiring to performance management.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects & Tech Leads to ensure team well-being and performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 4 of experience in management resources (10+ FTE) and lead people to deliver on objectives in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment.
Hands-on experience in Agile Leadership/Support roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner, working closely with engineering teams.
Ability to be a trusted advisor to the Leadership team when it comes to People Strategy & Growth, offering guidance and support to help the organization achieve its overarching goals.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in creating a collaborative and innovative team environment, preferably within a cloud context (GCP or AWS), is a strong plus.
