About the role
- Facilitate the assessment of discovery and validation of business initiatives across enterprise platforms, systems, and cross-functional teams.
- Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring needs and concerns are effectively identified and managed.
- Analyse current-state (“as-is”) processes and collaborate with teams to design future-state (“to-be”) solutions, supporting a clear and achievable transition.
- Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including identification of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
- Assess solution impacts, integration considerations, and dependencies across the IT landscape to support decision making.
- Work closely with product teams to define epics and acceptance criteria aligned to both technical and business outcomes.
- Lead small to medium-sized project teams when required, supporting coordination, alignment, and delivery.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role in IT or digital product environments.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience capturing, analyzing, and documenting business & functional requirements.
- Hands on experience with requirements modelling, validation, testing scripts, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — from workshops to alignment sessions.
- Experience supporting or coordinating project activities (and ideally leading small teams when needed).
- Comfortable working across end-to-end delivery, from discovery to implementation.
- A strong communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for different audiences.
