About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives for the Kraken Distribution products.
- Provide strategic guidance and foster collaboration across sales, delivery, operations, and technology teams to align efforts, drive performance, and deliver on regional objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Expand into new markets by demonstrating the value of our AI-driven solutions for the energy industry.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to develop growth strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven 5 years+ experience as an enterprise Sales leadership role, within the energy (ideally distribution), utilities, or technology sectors.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans for new markets and products.
- Passion for sustainability, technology, and innovation.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
