About the role
- Manage the relationship with enterprise client counterparts (product owners and business owners)
- Travel to meet clients across Denmark
- Act as the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation/resolution point for domain/product issues
- Serve as the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how the Kraken Platform is delivered
- Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally
- Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations and timelines to enable ongoing platform development
- Support the engineering team to deliver product features
- Challenge clients to think differently about tech development and promote continuous iteration and deployment
- Support client adoption of Kraken's ways of working and act as a link to product managers and developers
- Hands-on, individual contributor role; projects are European-based and travel is expected
Requirements
- Expertise in the danish energy utility sector
- Strong enterprise client delivery and/or product ownership experience
- Experience with SaaS, Digital Transformation or overall platform migrations
- Agile delivery experience
- Experience of product management and customer journeys
- Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
- Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
- Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
- Patience and initiative
- Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Fluent English & Danish (must); another European language preferred (Spanish, French, Italian or German)
