Consultant

• Manage the relationship with enterprise client counterparts (product owners and business owners)
• Travel to meet clients across Denmark
• Act as the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation/resolution point for domain/product issues
• Serve as the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how the Kraken Platform is delivered
• Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally
• Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations and timelines to enable ongoing platform development
• Support the engineering team to deliver product features
• Challenge clients to think differently about tech development and promote continuous iteration and deployment
• Support client adoption of Kraken's ways of working and act as a link to product managers and developers
• Hands-on, individual contributor role; projects are European-based and travel is expected
