About the role

Set the vision for leadership development at Kraken, defining a clear, global philosophy and approach.
Design and scale leadership development journeys across all leadership levels, embedded in real transformation and day-to-day work.
Ensure quality and consistency of Leadership Development Programmes (LDPs) globally, while enabling smart local adaptation.
Provide senior guidance and cover on complex or high-stakes leadership engagements, including executive and CEO-level work.
Build capability within Kraken, managing and developing a group of world-class facilitators to be able to deliver the ‘Kraken Magic’.
Work closely with Human Design, Org Design, Tech and Data to ensure leadership development is integrated, measurable and outcome-focused.
Represent Kraken externally through thought leadership in modern, human-led leadership and learning.
