• Own and improve people systems (e.g. HiBob, Lever, Zinc), ensuring data integrity, usability, and scalability.
• Lead and support global People Ops initiatives - from design to implementation - across onboarding, internal mobility, and exits.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics including equipment, contracts, system access, and background checks.
• Support Visa operations: tracking visa types, managing agency communications, and maintaining documentation/templates.
• Maintain and localise policies, handbooks, and guides.
• Advise managers and employees on people tools and policies, ensuring a compliant and human-first experience.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Talent, and Payroll to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant processes across geographies.
