About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the Trade product strategy, roadmap, and execution
Build and externalize our Crypto-as-a-Service API suite
Extend the API suite to support more trade types and manage trading workflows
Broaden access beyond B2B partners to every Kraken account holder
Design systems across order management, execution, custody integration, compliance workflows, and trading UX/API patterns
Drive partner-led product development
Treat the product as the GTM
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through build, launch, and iteration
Influence cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Payments, and Custody

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent building B2B2C infrastructure - ideally platforms that help companies add trading, brokerage, or financial services to their own apps
Deep experience with trading platforms or exchange infrastructure, especially at the service layer.
Track record of shipping B2B products that partners actually integrate.
Technical fluency.
Experience operating in regulated financial services.
Strong product sense with commercial awareness.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
Comfort operating in ambiguity.
