Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the Trade product strategy, roadmap, and execution
Build and externalize our Crypto-as-a-Service API suite
Extend the API suite to support more trade types
Broaden access beyond B2B partners to every Kraken account holder
Design systems across order management and compliance workflows
Drive partner-led product development
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration
Influence cross-functional teams to deliver globally scalable capabilities
Drive key metrics including partner adoption and revenue impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of product management experience
Significant experience building B2B2C infrastructure
Deep experience with trading platforms or exchange infrastructure
Proven track record of shipping B2B products
Technical fluency
Experience in regulated financial services
Strong product sense with commercial awareness
Strong cross-functional leadership skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity
