Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end project management for go-to-market initiatives across products and pods
Coordinate cross-functional workflows with Design, Brand, Copy, Product, and Compliance
Manage operational and administrative processes that keep the Growth engine running
Build and maintain systems and documentation that enable team efficiency
Own executional excellence for content and campaign setup
Ensure compliance and readiness by coordinating with legal, promotions, and risk teams
Support data tracking and reporting setup in partnership with Growth and Analytics teams
Maintain team hygiene and transparency across NDAs, contracts, invoices
Continuously optimize processes
Jump in wherever needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or project coordination
Deep understanding of marketing and go-to-market processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience working cross-functionally with teams
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Jira)
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Sanity or similar)
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning new systems quickly
A proactive, resourceful attitude
Demonstrated experience working with global client bases
