- Price, execute, and manage client flow across spot, options, and derivatives
- Build and deepen relationships with institutional clients
- Identify opportunities to expand client activity
- Manage client flow and price risk appropriately
- Stay close to crypto and derivatives market dynamics
- Partner with technology and operations teams
- Contribute to shaping strategy and processes
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of trading experience
- At least 3+ years in spot and derivatives trading
- Proven ability to manage client relationships
- Deep understanding of options pricing and volatility
- Experience managing exposure across spot and derivatives
- Familiarity with the full trade lifecycle
- Comfortable engaging with institutional clients
- Strong desire to stay ahead of trends and innovation
