About the role
- Define and execute the global GTM strategy across enterprise, mid-market, and builders segments including Banks, Wealth Managers, Centralized Exchanges and DeFi
- Build a dual-motion engine:
- Self-serve SaaS like to sales-assisted onboarding for SMB, mid-market partners and builders
- High-touch enterprise partnerships with complex commercial structures
- Position xStocks as the preferred infrastructure platform for tokenized equities
- Standardize pricing, revenue-share models, and commercial frameworks
- Scale distribution across exchanges, fintech platforms, brokers, and regional operators
- Lead full partnership lifecycle from strategy and negotiation through launch and expansion
- Build and scale a high-performing global Sales, BD, and Ecosystem organization
- Implement forecasting rigor, pipeline discipline, and performance management
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to align commercial strategy with infrastructure and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS or infrastructure businesses within fintech, crypto, or API-first platforms
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence
- Experience selling into international exchanges, FinTechs, brokers, or financial institutions
- Experience building and leading high-performing global teams
- International experience required
- Deep expertise structuring revenue-share and platform economics agreements
- Deep passion for crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure
