About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native
- Take ownership of technical and product decisions, shaping both the codebase and the user experience
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless, performant, and intuitive mobile trading platform
- Contribute to architectural decisions that prioritize scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Lead by example with clean, testable code and best practices in mobile development
- Mentor peers and help drive growth within the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile applications
- Strong expertise in React Native, with solid understanding of native mobile development (Swift & Kotlin)
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and related tooling
- A strong product mindset, comfortable making product and design decisions alongside the team
- Hands-on experience in crypto or fintech applications
- Experience leading teams and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Do you have production experience with React Native? (application form required)
- Have you developed and shipped at least one application using React Native to both iOS and Android? (application form required)
- Do you have experience working with Swift or Kotlin in a production environment? (application form required)
- Do you have direct professional experience working on a trading platform (e.g., crypto exchange, equities/derivatives trading, or other high-volume financial trading systems)? (application form required)
