About the role

  • Lead delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations for Launchpad and Token Services products
  • Define and articulate detailed product requirements supported by business analysis and stakeholder input
  • Produce documentation including product specifications, wireframes, and process flows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders, communicate product vision, and maintain a transparent roadmap
  • Continuously improve the crypto funding client experience through structured experimentation and insights
  • Support and enhance mission-critical crypto funding infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance
  • Support development of 0-1 product initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Leverage on-chain and internal data to inform listings strategies, monitor market performance, and drive prioritization
  • Build systems and analyses to enable timely and secure processing of client transactions and protect client funds

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience
  • 1-2+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, Crypto Exchange or other complex technical domains
  • Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure and tooling (crypto native)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution ability
  • Ability to operate strategically while managing details effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to haves: Experience with Asset listings, Crypto Launchpads, Accelerators, or Tokenomics platforms
  • Nice to haves: Demonstrated success in driving product-led growth (activation, retention, monetization)
  • Nice to haves: Background in B2B or SaaS product models
