About the role

  • Own the product roadmap and execution for your team and contribute to developing the product roadmap in line with our vision.
  • Actively prioritize the backlog and contribute to pre planning, prioritization and user story mapping sessions
  • Triage bugs, user feedback as well as internal feedback to prioritise work for engineering teams
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
  • Evaluate new product opportunities and bring forward proposals for products to engage traders, investors and institutions while performing research to gain market insights across the industry
  • Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert management of changes to scope, timelines and resources
  • Define, track and analyze KPIs to understand product performance, client behaviour and to guide data-driven product development

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • First hand experience in working across cryptocurrency and traditional markets
  • Background working with User Experience and Design
  • Ability to convey business requirements to technical colleagues and vice versa
  • Strong quantitative and analysis skills
  • Passion, self-driven and intellectually honest
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to distill complex ideas
